Fix sensors and blocked permissions

You will need: A paperclip magnet check, Settings → Privacy.
Check the permission, then the sensor
If only one app cannot use the camera or microphone, open that app's permissions and set Camera or Microphone to Allow. If no app can use it, the sensor or a system policy is next.
