Refund policy

Paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee measured from the payment time. Request it from Settings → Billing. The request needs a short reason.

In the built-in test checkout the refund is applied immediately and the account returns to Free. When Razorpay keys are set, the same action submits a refund for that payment and then returns the account to Free.

Cancellation is separate: you can cancel any time and keep access until the period you already paid for ends. A cancellation is not a refund.
