Privacy policy

This policy describes the Project-X app as it ships. Account data lives in the SQLite database you run, or in the hosted database you swap in later.

Account data

We store your name, email, password hash, plan, notification preferences, devices you add (nickname, brand, model), support messages, invoices, and contact-form messages.

Diagnostics

Checks run in your browser. A saved result contains a score and a short summary per category, plus guide recommendations. It does not include a serial number, IMEI, advertising identifier, photos, audio, or video. Repair tools that use the camera or microphone keep the stream local and stop it when you leave the page.

Cookies

The sign-in cookie is HTTP-only. A separate local choice remembers that you accepted the cookie notice. Guide progress for a signed-out visit is not stored on the server.

Payments

When Razorpay is configured, card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay, not stored here. In test mode, checkout never leaves this app.

Deletion

You can delete the account from Settings. That removes the user row and the records tied to it.
