Stop the workload and get the case off
Close navigation, games, hotspot, and the camera. Remove the case. Put the phone in a cool room, screen off, not in a fridge and not on a metal surface in direct sun.
Do not put the phone in a freezer or on ice. Condensation can kill the board.
